    I have been working at The Enterprise Center full-time

    Pros

    The team is amazing; everyone is like a family there. The hours and environment are incredibly flexible with extra focus on maintaining a healthy work/life balance. New ideas and involvement in the community it’s are encouraged from all team members.

    Cons

    Last minute projects often pop up and are hurriedly assigned without much notice.

    motivated employees with entrepreneurial spirit. The organization puts a lot of focus on youth and business development.

    I did not work for long enough to find any in particular.

    Good place to intern, and you will probably be offered a job once you graduate or in the next summer.

    Cons

    It is quite disorganized and sometimes inefficient.

    Advice to Management

    The full-time employees should be better supervisors towards their interns.
