    Pros

Great place to work! Matt the CEO invests in developing his staff. Unfortunately the individual who wrote the review in June was unethical and disruptive to our environment We all were thankful when the person left. Just could not cut it!!

    Cons

At times we are challenged in a good way to further develop our planning, communication and time management skills

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great environment and training/development
