    Pros

The community fostered at the company is amazing. Great company events, great people, great vibes. The three biggest things you need to thrive here is 1) a good work ethic and 2) good communication skills and ability to work with people and 3) the ability to learn and take criticism. So long as get that down and do the work/get things done, you'll excel here.

    Cons

The benefits could be so much better. Hopefully you build enough commission to exceed or match your base pay so that you can afford to shop around. You also always have to be on your game in order to close accounts. A string of bad luck can hurt you and that's why it's important to maintain a pipeline and open level of communication. That said, the communication between different departments could be better.

    Advice to Management

The line of communication between departments is too clunky. Find more ways to make communicating more efficient between teams.

I worked at The Fountain Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The Fountain Group was a good place to start off as a new staffing recruiter. It was an opportunity to learn about different industries and various Fortune 500 and 100 companies.

    Cons

The shifts were awful for certain recruiters working as late as 10pm. There were impromptu meetings that last an hour plus that often didn't resolve anything. The benefits were also expensive and many selected to get insurance on their own due to the high costs.

I worked at The Fountain Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

High end clients, team building activities, best management team I have ever had the pleasure of working for since I started my career, good requisitions, endless learning potential, room for advancement, high quality training staff, detailed training program, no caps on commission, endless possibilities, EXCELLENT compensation (haven't heard of higher pay anywhere else).

    Cons

Need better Healthcare options for individuals and families, later shifts have no supervision and tend to get out of hand with the noise levels when trying to actually work, late shifts, I truly can not think of anything else that needs improvement

    Advice to Management

Have a day and night time manager
