Pros
The Friedkin Group, a family-operated conglomerate, boasts a varied portfolio of interests spanning the automotive, hospitality, sports, and entertainment sectors. The ambiance across their various companies mirrors a familial environment, fostering a unified workforce moving in unison towards clearly established long-term objectives. This company culture eschews the typical rush of quarterly expectations dictated by Wall Street, instead favoring a pace that allows for sustainable growth and progress.
Cons
The Friedkin Group is a hidden gem.

Pros
Smooth interview process. First recruiter then hiring manager followed by 2 on site panel interviews. 2 days later, received verbal offer and then HR called with written offer. I made up my mind when I received on site tour of the gym and the building. HR greeted professionally and team in panel interview were very technical.
Cons
4 days on-site and 1 day remote which may not work well if anyone looking for more WFH days.

Pros
There are numerous reasons that Friedkin is an exceptional place to work. For me, the work itself, the leadership, and honestly the culture are outstanding. From the candidate's experience until now, the Friedkin employee experience is a model for other organizations. The intention that goes into processes and how people are embraced is so refreshing.
Cons
Cannot think of anything at this time
