    Pros

I met some very cool ladies while working for this company.

    Cons

You have very rude management who is two faced. They smile in your face, and talk bad about you behind your backs. I've seen one in particular director do it often. The pay is very low, and you are not given a raise even after being there after a year. They pay people different amounts even though you are doing the same thing, or even more than another person. They pick "favorites". Those favorites have room for advancement. . . If your not a butt kisser no advancement for you! But advancement only means a dollar more. This is a multimillion dollar company. But they only spend there $ on their family. This is a family owned, family ran business. This business will never be in the fortune 100 best job to work for list. They do NOT appreciate there hard workers.

    Advice to Management

Get it together. If you would learn the golden rule maybe your company wouldn't have a high turnover.

I worked at The Growing Place Child Development Center full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    It is a job
There are a few decent co workers

    Cons

    The CEO is rude
    The management is lackey
    The pay is low
The expectations are too high for the low pay

    Advice to Management

The first thing I would do is go ahead and let the CEO "retire". It's obvious that she does not know what she is doing now a days. You need to handle your centers better. You need to actually care about your employees. You're CEO needs to be less money hungry and actually shell out the money that she gets from the High tuition to better treat her employees and her customers.

    Pros

great support from staff, we celebrate special events great staff meetings they pay for some education for the betterment of the classroom

    Cons

not very quick to give raises.Too much paperwork needs to filled out as far as documantation of what goes on in the classroom.

    Advice to Management

Give credit to the staff that goes the extra mile. Offer some type of health plan to part time employees
