    I worked at The Guild Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great people - which really makes the place, great clients. Non political place to work - all about creativity and delivering for the clients.

    Cons

    Poor financial management by CFO.

    Pros

    The people are wonderful, supportive, indeed family like.

    Cons

    Owner and Top Management were at best negligent, and one actually "did time". Look it up.

    Advice to Management

    Get an empowered CFO and let them run the company if there is anything is left.
