    Negative Outlook

I worked at The HOPE Foundation full-time

    Pros

Friendly staff, mostly good people on the office level. There were always enough hardworking people around to keep the company afloat during frequent spells of inefficiency and unnecessary distraction.

    Cons

Targets were constantly changed, and goals were ALWAYS unattainable. The President of the organization would micromanage in areas in which he had no expertise, inevitably resulting in diminished quality of work. His own self interests repeatedly got in the way of organizational progress.

    Advice to Management

Follow your own mission. It will be impossible to get schools and districts to collaborate more effectively when your own organization fails in that very area.

Put your organization and mission before yourself, or at least find a way to separate the two.

    Pros

Great students its a charity and does some good helping people reach their potential in education and finding employment. Good cheap café and good food

    Cons

Poor management skills, always change targets and make them unachievable. Staff not very happy and all are stressed, poor communication between staff and management

    Advice to Management

Stop employing daughter as a quality manager when she lives in France, she doesn't know how the business is ran when she isn't here to see the daily running of organisation
