Pros
- Great work/life balance and work from home opportunities - Good benefits and 401k offering - Nice visibility with executive leadership team - More opportunity than ever for employees to voice their ideas and opinions to upper management - Great people who all pitch in to get the job done - Opportunities to stretch in your role are plenty - The company is undergoing some great change, including an emphasis on innovation and technology. It's an exciting time to be a part of the team.
Cons
- Insurance is a bit risk adverse but it means there is opportunity to grow and make improvements.

Pros
The starting pay is good for a customer service role. Health benefits are good for the most part, insurance and paid time off.
Cons
Work life balance is non-existent in the role. The metrics/numbers come first! Not enough people in the department for the amount of work/calls that come in. Of course you take incoming calls but you also have to handle outgoing calls and there is no set time put aside to do that. Strange right??? It literally makes no sense because they want you to be there for the customers but again your numbers come first. TOO many systems. It's ridiculous. Only take this job if you absolutely need it. Wish I would have listened to the reviews before I accepted the position.

Pros
I worked in the technology department. I thought the leadership was great. They definitely rewarded strong workers through bonuses. It was a great company starting my career in. They put a lot of time and money into training and developing their employees.
Cons
The only thing that was a con was work life balance could be a challenge. As a technology employee you were expected to work on a weekend about once a month due to deploying new technology into their systems. The pay was somewhat competitive for the location but they'd always try to low ball you.
