    Pros

    There were a few pros to this job. 1. Company car, which you can use for personal driving as well. Though note you will have about 110 dollars deducted from paycheck per month for this. 2. Resume building, Hershey is a well known company and this job is a mix of Account Management and Sales. 3. OT for entry level role, which does make working better, but more on this in Con section.

    Cons

    1. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. They'll say the goal is 47.5 hours a week during interview process realistically they want you working 50-55 every week, then 60 during holiday seasons, (October, March/April, and December) They'll put massive pressure on you from manager all the way up to VP to work on weekends during the busy months on top of the 50+ hours you'd do during the week. 2. Promotion/Pay increases aren't as often or as high as they make it sound. While 'tec
