    Pros

Great benefits. Even PT received pto and vacation. Insurance great too. Friendly environment and hated to leave.

    Cons

Pay was not enough but good for an associate I guess. $10.75

    Advice to Management

Give PT more hours to have better coverage.

I have been working at The Home Depot for more than a year

      Pros

Great co-workers, great work! Most customers are great.

      Cons

Takes a long time to go full-time. Low pay since working only part-time. Training is inadequate.

      Advice to Management

Allow communications between employees. Have a system to share email addresses so that employees can communicate with their managers. Share the work schedules of manager and co-workers online.

I worked at The Home Depot

      Pros

I really liked how it was so physical. Management will reward you if they see you're working hard. Great company, but home improvement isn't one of my interests.

      Cons

You have customers coming up to you from every department asking you questions that you sometimes won't know. Customers think the sales associates are all experts and know everything, so it can be stressful.

      Advice to Management

      Hire more plumbing associates.
