I worked at The Home Depot full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Company culture and opportunity to grow, while the company is leading the industry. Very profitable and the success is from outages adding management by its senior leadership team.
This is a merchandise focused company that will continue to deliver results and beat its competition

    Cons

The company has developed a strong political based environment that is being driven by finance based associates that have little to no experience in a merchandising based company. Work life balance is at times a problem as resources are never evenly distributed to get the job done and the level of accountability varies across many departments and work groups
