I have been working at The Home Depot full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pay, benefits, 401k, work/life management, etc

    Cons

Plays favorites, doesn't hold chronically bad employees accountable; my store would rather write my whole department up than pick out the bad apples, which happened 4 times.

    Advice to Management

Stop being so lazy, actually take out the bad employees
