I worked at The Home Depot full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Management picks the cream of the crop for co-workers. Terrific people work at Home Depot at least at the store in which I was hired. Fair wage for a job.

    Cons

One of the Managers at the store I worked in was down right intimidating and tended to bully some of the workers. They were not able to accommodate some of the shift work. They would not hire people that go to church on Sundays as they need the time slots filled.

    Advice to Management

Check the managers that bully your staff. Staff is afraid to go to management about certain managers for fear of repercussion..
