    sometime the supervisors can be a overbearing and sometimes you meet some customers who try to get a discount based on yours job another words they make it very difficult so you may lose your job so they can get that discount

    Everything else. That I didn’t mention up above.

    Advice to Management

    Pay raises, and the ability to go hands on, more real training ie.. certifications that are accepted state wide. More lateral movement with out having to switch to store side.
