I have been working at The Home Depot part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great team environment. Easy to get in the process for advancement. They love go getters.

    Cons

Hourly pay is low. The benefits are good, but not good enough to offset the low pay. Best benefits require you to save, matching 401k and stock purchase program are legitimately good! But, who can save anything when you earn 10 bucks per hour?

    Advice to Management

Find ways to cut low production associates loose and replace them with good ones. Give top performers liberal raises.
