    Pros

Living the Home Depot values is a a real thing. When you live it you enjoy your job or career. Homer fund is there for associates in need.

    Cons

Nothing. There is consecutive scheduling, but I like the option of having open availability so you can move your schedule according to plans or need

I have been working at The Home Depot full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Challenging interesting work. Dept supervisors really run their own little businesses within the store. Customer interaction is better then in an any other retail setting.

    Cons

Pay scale. 2+ years as a specialty supervisor with depts that make 5 million + year and I make less then $15.00 an hour.

    Advice to Management

dial into the pay scale for middle management(dept. supervisors). We should be making a little more for the responsibility we undertake.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Need follow up with ASM on how they are rating associates on they work performance, because they do not follow SOP and they are quick to pencil others and need to investigate why the morale at some store is low and that affects customer service.

I have been working at The Home Depot full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

A growing company that embraces omnichannel while making a positive store experience for associates and customers. A good place to develop a career and move forward.

    Cons

There aren't many cons. The concern most often raised is about the flexible schedule which is a reality in retail and not something that is changeable.

    Advice to Management

I would suggest management keep upholding the core values of the company. They will only lead to greatness in the future.
