    Pros

Success share checks, homer award program, learn other departments if you want.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Treat everyone equal. Offer fulltime to employees who have been with the store for years rather then give it to someone new. Listen and communicate with your associates. Actually listen and follow thru.
