    Pros

The people at The Home Depot are friendly. Customers hardly complain about lack of friendliness. The store tries to do fun events for the employees and does a great job recognizing quality work.

    Cons

The job can be slow in the winter time because the cold weather keeps people from building. Raises are given yearly, and are not much.

    Advice to Management

Management is very approachable. In my past experiences, If I had any complaints, management took them seriously and helped me find solutions.

I have been working at The Home Depot full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good benefits, steady hours, M.E.T. Has a Set Schedule and weekends off.

    Cons

Pay sucks. Been here 4 years and still have new associates being hired at the same pay rate I’m at.

    Advice to Management

Need to increase pay for the associates that have been here awhile and have more responsibilities than the new associates. It’s degrading to me as a supposedly valued associate to have new associates making the same wage.
