    I have been working at The Home Depot full-time (More than a year)


    Good Salary and Bonus structure.


    - Even if you get lucky and get a great store manager, the hours suck. 5am start, 11pm close, every 3rd weekend off if you're lucky, no set schedule rotation (no way to plan your life)

    - They don't promote people, they promote robots... and robots don't have compassion.

    - You'll quit in 3 years or be divorced in 5

    - So tight with money they literally wont buy you a cup of coffee

    Advice to Management

    Treat your people better, they are working their AS$ES off for you!
