    Pros

Learning the trade of home improvement. Understanding and learning about P&L

    Cons

They will bate you in, and then lie. Manager do not have your back. Work you hard and the salary increase is no more than 10 cent for the year. You are luck if you get a 20 cent increase. They also play Doctor.

    Advice to Management

Stop the lying. Tell the truth. The mgmt team and that is upper mgmt. is not always 100% correct. They play favoritism throughout the company. Check your HR upper mgmt. team.
