    Great Opportunities to develop everyday life tools to be successful. Great to see how the construction business works and how we can work together to benefit everyone involved.

    Cons

    The pay can be non competitive, not enough staff to help customers. Associates tend to leave within a year due to low pay and associate compensation.

    Advice to Management

    Really Pay attention to who is contributing to the business' success and compensate and praise accordingly.

    I have been working at The Home Depot

    Pros

    people or collegues are nice. The work itself is not hard and your day goes by fast. You move around in the store so you are not stuck in the same area all the time.

    Cons

    Dealing with customers can be stressful. Company policies are totally out of control. We are not allowed to question customers or ask for receipts and just return everything.

    Advice to Management

    They need to be a lot more approachable and treat everybody the same and not have favorites. Some people are very lazy and don't get in trouble for coming in late.
