    Pros

-Good Pay There really isn’t anything else I can say about it because this is not the job for me.

    Cons

-Rude Customers -Fellow coworkers are just as rude at times. -Poor working hours -You don’t even get a proper break. -Dress code is too strict for a hardware store -You don’t get paid enough for everything you have to do.

I have been working at The Home Depot part-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Can work part time, nice people to work with, stock option plan is good.

    Cons

New scheduling is terrible. I worked for years on one schedule then a computer in Atlanta began making up employee schedules for the whole country. In order to retain hours, you are not able to request specific working hours or your hours are cut. This sucks!

    Advice to Management

Return scheduling to each store as it makes for a better benefit. Also, do not promote people that are not people persons as this does't make for a smooth running dept.
