    I have been working at The Home Depot full-time for more than a year


    Employees/Management are easy to get along with.Management has an open door policy. Company has a Town Hall meeting to resolve any complaints to insure employees are happy. Once a month the company has Fun Friday and food is catered. Home Depot is know for recognizing good performance with a Homer Badge, every three will produce a $25 dollar check to employee. Home Depot believes in giving back to the community by volunteering and donating their services and money.


    Schedule changes and hours, terminate the slackers who know how to work without really being available to customers.

    Great coverage benefits if full time. Dental, doctors, etc..


    Minimum Wage High Stress Screaming customers Constant Confusion on how to do something Wage doesn't match industry stand Training was a joke 9 hour shifts (8-5 / 9:30-6:30 / 12-9 / 2-11 / 11-8)
