    Lots of job duties keeps you busy opertunity to drive forklift/reachtruck/ballymore/elecpalletjack customer service

    Cons

    No commision on keeping up with custermer sales building quotes contacting customers and remembering who they r and what they r interested in

    Advice to Management

    Come up with a commision base for for the sales associates doin all the foot work for to keep going

    I worked at The Home Depot full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Very friendly atmosphere to work in. Company provides lots of training for the various departments in the store.

    Cons

    Pay scales is very low and annual raise was minimal. Staffing was sparse in the store I was in.
