    Friendly Helpful Staff. Flexible Hours.

    Cons

    Salary isn't enough for the length of time you are helping customers as well as standing/walking.

    Advice to Management

    Training before starting on the floor is great however, improvement is needed on floor training. There needs to be a lead associate assigned to new associates.
