    Pros

Home Depot is a $100 billion dollar company that has many employee benefits and programs. Job security is great. It's easy to move up within the company if you are willing to travel.

    Cons

Each facility is different. No standardized training. What occurs at one facility may be totally different at next. The company can be stingy.

    Advice to Management

Management differs from facility to facility. More standardized training should be done to ensure consistency within the company.
