I have been working at The Home Depot part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Coworkers and most customers have been very nice. App is very helpful in locating items.

    Cons

Incredibly boring. Supervisor has brought up how I need to be trained on the forklift every single shift yet does nothing to make it happen. Coworkers there for 10+ years only at a supervisor position with hourly pay; little room for advancement.

I have been working at The Home Depot part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good pay, benefits, success sharing, working night allows for day activities.

    Cons

The work is hard as it is a lot of physical labor, so unless you can't do some heavy lifting you won't have a problem.

    Advice to Management

The store managers should connect more with the team members as the store manager Isn't always at the store, maybe only one day a week, and when they are there orders are still relayed through the assistant managers, so maybe talk some with the team members.
