I have been working at The Home Depot part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Coworkers and most customers have been very nice. App is very helpful in locating items.

    Cons

Incredibly boring. Supervisor has brought up how I need to be trained on the forklift every single shift yet does nothing to make it happen. Coworkers there for 10+ years only at a supervisor position with hourly pay; little room for advancement.

I worked at The Home Depot part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Awesome co-workers, thus makes the hours much easier.

    Cons

Management has favoritism. If you are not like they will find ways to write you up and fire you. If you are sick they won’t send you home while getting others sick. One person had the flu and it spread causing people to take days off and some lose their job due too many days off. Managers here don’t recognized that nor comprehend that it’s only hurting the company even more

    Advice to Management

Care more about your subordinates rather than yourselves. Understand your employee and get to know them. Old man that manages here seems rude. His personality is bland!
