I have been working at The Home Depot full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The most respect I've ever received in all my years of employment, from both sides of the aisle; the employer and employment culture, and the customers. Great karma and a truly level playing field... finally.

    Cons

The schedule can be chaotic for new employees, but, it you stick with it, you can move up.

    Advice to Management

The managers have all been good and fair.

    Pros

Awesome benefits and a general mission to do what is right

    Cons

The company has gotten too big and values are suffering and culture is suffering without a real acceptance of reality by the decision makers.

    Advice to Management

Reevaluate mission statement, commitment to all stakeholders, policy and procedures to continue to keep pace with the industry and not cut corners and leave real value behind.
