I have been working at The Home Depot part-time (Less than a year)
Competitive wages for a retail position.
Growth potential for the right kind of person.
Job skills that can be used to achieve positions in other companies.
Disorganized management who are very concerned with meeting personal monetary goals, and not actually managing.
Company concerned only with the bottom line.
"Too many chiefs not enough Indians"
Very few hours to go around.
Wage doesn't meet the work load.
Advice to Management
Manage! Care for the people who make your substantial yearly salary keep coming in. Listen to complaints, and try to resolve at least some of them without first seeing how it may effect your own personal pay. Stand for what is right as a whole, and not what is right for you personally.
