    Opportunities for growth and knowledge of diverse product lines. Safety on the job is highly stressed.


    No consistency in scheduled work hours. A lot is expected for performance, credit cards without managerial support. Opportunities for growth may be inhibited because of store management; would often be faced with relocating to another store quite a distance away.

    Advice to Management

    Store management should be better trained to address personnel concerns and to support staff when needed on the floor. There were many times when staff's newness to the job or customer escalation issues were not assisted by store management. Often the customer "was always right" and got their way because management stepped in and overrode the employee in front of customer. Very unprofessional.
