      Pros

Really cares about the associates as “people” first. Very passionate about serving the community.

      Cons

Salaries managers are scheduled 11 hr shifts, which often run over. As a SM You are always on call. Your off days are not your own and often you work 6 days. Stressful ever changing environment with limited resources to get the job done

      Advice to Management

Great money but be prepared to make the Company your #1 priority

      Pros

Outstanding Associates - many with long tenure. Good Company Culture

      Cons

DM's and above are completely disconnected. They seem to have forgotten what it was like to work in a store. Beginning to treat associates as a number rather than a person. Starting to feel like the old days under Nardelli

      Advice to Management

When store level concerns are brought to you, investigate rather than taking the word of a DM.
