I have been working at The Home Depot part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits, great schedule, and amazing atmosphere to work with. There’s plenty todo and the customers are great when you get to know them.

    Cons

Low pay and recognition. Either a lot of favoritism or just laziness from Management. My supervisor specifically is never around.

    Advice to Management

Get to truly know your employees and what going on with them and award with promotions or recognition, some have only this job that can help them support their families.
