Large company great products no brains as far as taking a vantage of skill persons too much time spent providing funding for the investors
Cons
When they needed people with experience and communication skills now they believe they can do all the training by electronic video and hire people from other countries to do the job at $10 an hour

Stop bullying your employees and trying to force The older experienced employees him to resign

Very laid back environment, lots to learn, and low pressure from management. Just do your job and not be an idiot.

Nothing in particular. Usual retail environment. More than often, it's the customers who make your time a living hell.
Advice to Management
Encourage more department based socials as oppose to store wide, seeing that the store is so huge at times. There were some folks on my team I had no clue that they were apart of it.

Good ethical code, the most of employees are well educated and helpful, the floor is fairly well organized and there are consistent rules in every situation.

If you are part of the crowd you'll go up the ladder.. home depot will only give you one chance they only go by the first impression! If you blow it you might as well quit!
