    Pros

Very laid back environment, lots to learn, and low pressure from management. Just do your job and not be an idiot.

    Cons

Nothing in particular. Usual retail environment. More than often, it's the customers who make your time a living hell.

    Advice to Management

Encourage more department based socials as oppose to store wide, seeing that the store is so huge at times. There were some folks on my team I had no clue that they were apart of it.

    Pros

Easy going work environment, with great training tools provided, as well as hands on learning. Recognition for great work and sales is always appreciated there and rewarded.

    Cons

Miscommunication between associates, departments and management. High stress to resolve consumer conflicts. Scheduling for associates is terrible, there is no set rotation of hours, so you can't plan your life outside of work.
