    Pros

Great Benefits. Good computer training and product information updates. Supportive Management.

    Cons

Floating work schedule, no standard start time. Often put heavy tile away by yourself, difficult and strenuous if you do not have reach license or use of reach truck. Quota's to sell merchandise.

    Advice to Management

No special electric pallet jack like Aldi's has, to raise pallets 70lb boxes of tile to 3 to 5 feet off of floor. Floating work schedule contributes to likelihood of injury. Make point to use two man system ALAWYS to put heavy items away. Late night stocking after employee working full 8 hour shift may contribute to injury. Consistent work schedule will reduce injury in Home Depot employee's. Social Obligation to stock holders should carry forward to moral obligation to employee's by further enhancing safety training and adding equipment like smaller electric pallet jacks that can be used to move heavy inventory to and from retail shelf location, to customers vehicle.
