    This company does try to take care of its associated, but as with any retail operation each management team differs from the next.

    Cons

    Hard to find quality people that,are long term.

    Raise initial pay levels.

    Great Benefits. Good computer training and product information updates. Supportive Management.

    Cons

    Floating work schedule, no standard start time. Often put heavy tile away by yourself, difficult and strenuous if you do not have reach license or use of reach truck. Quota's to sell merchandise.

    Advice to Management

    No special electric pallet jack like Aldi's has, to raise pallets 70lb boxes of tile to 3 to 5 feet off of floor. Floating work schedule contributes to likelihood of injury. Make point to use two man system ALAWYS to put heavy items away. Late night stocking after employee working full 8 hour shift may contribute to injury. Consistent work schedule will reduce injury in Home Depot employee's. Social Obligation to stock...
