    Pros

-Lots of progression opportunity no matter your age or experience. -Great training and advice from management. -Trust and support from upper management. -Large bonuses for those that deliver results. -CEO is a great man who will take time out to help you and talk to you. Have learned a lot from him and have become good friends.

    Cons

-None. A great company to work for if you are ambitious and are creative. No one is holding you back here except yourself.

    Advice to Management

Continue what you are doing. I honestly have grown so much since getting hired.

I worked at The Hut Group full-time for more than 2 years

      Pros

Free soda, good people, overall good place to work

      Cons

Recently there's been a lot of employees leaving and senior management does jack all on hiring new people, terrible pay longterm, little to none advancement opportunities.

      Advice to Management

Give the power to the people, don't have it go through the CEO

I worked at The Hut Group full-time for more than 2 years

      Pros

Pros are that I appreciate the rest of my life a lot more, no seriously this place was terrible.

      Cons

I have never in my professional career dealt with a company that lies as much as THG. I have worked for many companies, some large, some small, but I have never seen something as poorly managed as THG. I was lied to constantly, in my first interview I was promised large bonuses, chances to travel and the ability to move up in the company. My bonuses were literally less than a 10th of what was promised, it was almost...

I worked at The Hut Group full-time for more than 2 years

      Pros

My team members were awesome. I felt very comfortable with and around them which in result helped me build strong connections and gave me the opportunity to be creative. Managers listened to what I had to say but didn’t have ANY power because upper management deprived them. My manager encouraged me to have a well -balanced work life. Overall, I worked with a very talented team and it was sad to see them/us get screwed...

      Cons

THG is a deceitful, manipulative company. I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to go through what some of the most hardworking, talented employees at THG went through. The promises that they make you are all myths. Any kind of bonus or raise or anything offered will never be given- they will agree to it; however, once they pass it on to upper management your request will be ignored and will never even be looked at. They laid...

I worked at The Hut Group full-time for more than 2 years

      Pros

      - I was able to work and make good connections with a great manager and team members. Unfortunately, managers in the office aren't given much authority in their positions and could not help us with any problems or concerns we had. - I had a good work/life balance because it was important to my manager, and upper management didn't pay attention to us or how much we worked anyway. - We had ONE nice company party at Tucanos.

      Cons

***Working at The Hut Group was a nightmare of an experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. I am writing this review to hopefully help prevent anyone from considering working here, ever*** - Upper management is full of deceitful, selfish, and manipulative liars. Nothing that is promised will ever come to pass. Raises, bonuses, commission, promises of new offices, new hires, or anything related is an outright lie....

I worked at The Hut Group full-time for more than 2 years

      Pros

I learned a lot while working there. Each day was different and pushed and challenged me. Luckily, I had a very good team with a lot of experience and unity.

      Cons

They don't pay as much as they work you. We would push 60-80 hour weeks sometimes. Management needs to learn how to communicate better with teams and not correct mistakes in front of the entire team during meetings. They are more concerned with sales than they are with personal growth. They promise quick promotion, most of the time it is because people leave the company, so if you stay long enough, you will probably move...

I worked at The Hut Group full-time for more than 2 years

        Pros

I’m grateful I worked here for the friends I made, the direct manager I had, the stuff I learned, and the stellar example I received of the WRONG way to do things.

        Cons

“Literally any other job will be better than this one, because you’ve hit rock bottom with The Hut Group.” You know your job situation is dire when your friends and family start telling you this. One thing I realized after they laid off most of the team a week before Christmas is what a truly talented group of people they let go. Under the claim that the US office needed to be stripped down so that the UK could repair...
