    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at The Jacobson Group full-time

    Pros

Work at home option is nice.

    Cons

Senior leadership sets standards that they do not live by. One CEO speaks in a demeaning manner, constantly scolds. Turnover rate is extremely high, despite senior leadership's denial of the fact and failure to address. Lacking culture and transparency. Pay structure is not competitive.

    Advice to Management

Be more transparent with the staff. Learn how to value staff in order to retain them.

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at The Jacobson Group as an intern

    Pros

Great company! The people seem very happy here and they have great employee benefits. After 6 months, employees can work at home 2 times a week and every year they set a revenue goal and take the whole company to vegas if met. Although just an intern, I can see myself fitting in here full time.

    Cons

    I don't have any cons.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work! I love my managers at Jacobson and have no complaints.

I have been working at The Jacobson Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Management consistently works at improving company culture and provides benefits like flexible hours, work at home options and events. They work very hard to retain their employees and provide an overall positive environment. It's a matrixed organization.

    Cons

The only con may be the retirement benefits, though their are regulatory constraints based on the company's business model that make retirement benefits complicated.

    Advice to Management

Management is very proactive and positive. Any employee can approach the CEOs or senior management with any problem or suggestion. Keep doing what you're doing.
