    Pros

The people really care about what they are doing and it shows.

    Cons

some departments run on skeleton staff and would do better if fully staffed.

    Advice to Management

fewer staff doesn't always mean bigger profits. fully staffing departments would be a big help.

I worked at The Jockey Club (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Tight knit coworkers. Little pressure. Turnover is very low.

    Cons

Little opportunity for advancement. Old boys network. No real professional review process.

    Pros

The environment is fairly laid back, and management is tolerant of needing a flexible schedule should issues arise

    Cons

It is for too compartmentalized and there is very little sharing of information. Input from others is not valued

    Advice to Management

Get people more involved in a way that increases the value of experience gained from working here. I think that would help address the woefully pitiful morale
