    Underappreciated, more managers then staff. Organization needs to be restaffed from the top down.

    Low pay, budgetary cuts that directly affect staff rendering care to patients, patient-nursing ratios, lack of support with personal needs.

    Advice to Management

    Pay your staff members what they are worth and watch those patient satisfaction scores skyrocket. Happy employees are productive employees.

    The staff are not so nice. Not all but, the majority are not.

    great learning environment, questions are always welcomed and answered in depth, nursing staff phenomenal and knows their stuff! they're very supportive, willing to help and are extremely on top of things.

    Once your resume says Hopkins, the door opens for you to work anywhere in the United States. Great place to start your career

    Cons

    The pay is lacking. Plenty of places pay more. They realize you're there for the name and not the pay.

    Advice to Management

    Work on focusing on not only what the patients want, but what your employees want. Without them, the job doesn't get done.
