I have been working at The Judge Group full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

You can make a ton of money. There is no cap to income. Many top earners make 200k a year or more Once you are established, you can set your own hours. 2 incentive trips per year. Once you are established, you have a great deal of latitude about how you work your desk. Fun work environment!

    Cons

Benefits are a little pricey and no 401k match.

    Advice to Management

401 match and more company contribution on benefits would go a long way.
