    Pros

    Decent starting Salary I guess

    Cons

If you aren't related to a higher up in some way, you mean nothing

Incredibly unprofessional environment. Racial slurs, constant cursing, alcohol, attire.

Management uses you and exploits your hard work when they enjoy 3 hour lunches but if you leave at 530 you are disciplined.

Constantly telling you how horrible you are.

    Advice to Management

Pretty much a lost cause at this point.

    Pros

The "Pros" of this company are not as little as many people have detailed on here. Instead of taking your frustrations out online you should have concentrated more on your work.

As long as you are trying and working hard the management will have your back. I lost 5 contractors in a week and wasn't really making the company any money and I was told by the President of the Healthcare Division "I know you've been having a rough time as of late, but know that as long as you are trying I will ALWAYS have your back." End of story and all you need to know about the man, he's a stand up guy who demands a lot but he's in your corner.

The recruiters there have used some profane language as detailed in another review on here, but since it's not a daycare of 5 year olds it's not an issue, I guess you were looking for Paradise. Ha

Overall the pros will far out weight the cons if you're dedicated.

    Cons

For me the cons were "competition." I'm competitive but not with my fellow employees and that's not always good in this job. I was a push over several times.

Also getting dressed business proffessionql Monday through Thursday kind of sucks, especially since most of our clients or contractors never see us from the neck down.

    Advice to Management

Many people there are stressed. Take a day and show them they are appreciated and that you see them trying their best. Other than that "Healthcare is Hot" and if you're lucky enough to be on that team and have Jo or Dave as your manager, you'll succeed.

    Pros

Decent compensation - especially when you're getting commission. Is actually a fun, fast-paced job.

    Cons

Poor work/life balance. Have heard stories of coworkers taking work calls in the middle of family outings and vacation. Can be a high-stress environment. Competition is good but often there's competition among coworkers which isn't good. The company should want all employees to succeed and not encourage them to steal other's candidates. Encouraged to reach out to candidates too often and annoys them in the process - should be more trusting of their workers. Very little vacation/sick time is offered. When you're working 50+ hours per week, vacations are a necessity. Benefits are very expensive - the company doesn't even contribute to some plans.

    Advice to Management

Maybe start a new training program that doesn't take recruiters away from their desks. Mentoring doesn't really do anything for recruiters if the goal is to make money. New employees need more training and hands on help without feeling like they are imposing on their mentor's calling times.

I worked at The Judge Group (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very personal and down to earth people here. I engaged with Judge right after I was laid off from another job and they provided good opportunities and coaching along the way to landing a great contracting opportunity.

Provided help and friendly interactions through every step of the process.

Very transparent about their company and what I was getting into.

    Cons

The bombardment of emails when you forget to submit a timesheet, which really isn't that bad in the big picture.

    Advice to Management

Your employees are your most valuable assets, keep going to bat for them.
