    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at The Kennedy Work Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Factory floor personnel have longevity and get respect. Pay is low competitive. Benefits are good.

    Cons

Office and customer service departments are finger pointing centers. Management is family inheritance and have a privileged attitude. They are blind to their own weaknesses and petty in their grudges. Organization and infrastructure is weak and chaotic. Management has trouble with commitment for the long term. They take many short cuts and don't share the financial rewards with staff.

    Advice to Management

Sell and get out of the business.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at The Kennedy Work Group full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Company pays well, treats you with respect and grants the freedom and great tools to be successful in a sales role.

    Cons

Private family company with three bosses...that should say it all. Marketing department is literally a skeleton crew. No formal HR department so do expect any formal training or reviews which unfortunately does not help an employee grow, expand expertise.

    Advice to Management

Having a business strategy and a unified business strategy should be top priority.
