I have been working at The Learning Experience, Lewis Center full-time (More than 3 years)
I love working at the TLE, management has strict rules and high standards for the safety, welfare and benefit of the children and families. There is room for career development if I should choose to take on more responsibility. I see they promote from within. I plan on staying her a long time and hope to be promoted in the future
Some other employees seem to feel entitled and either don't want to follow the rules or want to make their own rules, or complain about noting-- making it uncomfortable for those us who just want to do a good job. They should just leave if they cant do what they are asked.
Advice to Management
Get rid of the complainers sooner rather than later. You give them too many chances-

Great management, great curriculum, very concerned for families and children's welfare
rewarding but at time hard work... Lot to keep up with.
