A Great Place for Educating your Young Learners

      Pros

Ability to create a center that reflects the experience, talents & individual creativity of your leaders & staff! Parents were impressed with the progressive curriculum, which included a comprehensive literacy program allowing for young children to be beyond ready for language arts when entering Kindergarten. Children were wide-eyed & extremely hesitant to leave once the tours were over due to the many extra curricular activities that are included with their tuition. The smaller size makes for an intimate, family-like experience.

      Cons

When given the opportunity to make your center a reflection of yourself/team & your excitement to make it a magical place for all involved... You must stop & take time for yourself. Obviously, a pro that can become a con if you don’t personally realize that when you’re a perfectionist... there will always be something to do! So, just remember... it takes time to build your unique center. Great leaders & teachers are constantly working to improve their practices! My advice... take your time up front to understand the curriculum & always ask questions if there is something you need confirmed.

      Fast paced & Flexible

      Pros

I enjoy working here, not only for the relationships you make with the children & coworkers, but everyday is different. It’s not your “normal 9-5” same thing everyday type of career. The kids make it interesting and fun! The PTO is also really nice as well. It’s such a comforting feeling, knowing you have those days to take off.

      Cons

The pros definitely out weigh the cons. But my one con would be,when we are short staffed. Things get a little rough, and you have to work a couple extra hours.

      Pros

Wonderful kids, they made my short time there worth it.

      Cons

Horrible management. Outright rude and abusive to you, even infront of parents and other staff. Staff themselves are mean, won’t even acknowledge your presence but will go behind your back and gossip about you. This was the most toxic work place I’ve ever been in. You will get snapped at for asking a simple question or even just clocking into your shift, they make it known you’re not liked if you don’t fit into their strange high school like clique. Not to mention the treatment towards the kids, I witnessed a teacher pull several toddlers by their arms, constantly tell them to stop crying or be quiet and completely ignore them when they’re clearly in distress. They’re uneducated and shouldn’t be working with children.
