    Hire people who really know what they are doing, especially if they are in management. Everything will go by so much smoother.

    Too focused on the bottom line which causes teacher turnover.

    Nice facility.
    Kids and parents are great.
    Curriculum allows some creative freedom for lesson planning.

    Cons

    Management gives very mixed signals to teachers. Pay is low and benefits are not offered.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your staff and offer them the support they need. Give constructive criticism instead of scolding them for their mistakes.
