Pros
I have been working for TLE for the last 5 years, and I have found my permanent home! My boys have both attended TLE and loved it. My oldest is already in second grade, my youngest is in Preschool 3. He loves going to school every day, he looks forward to it! The curriculum is outstanding, it's top of the line. My child is loved and cared for, all day, every day. Tht's the most important thing to me.
Cons
I have zero cons. We are all treated so well! TLE truly treats their staff like family. And that is the only environment I want to work in.

Pros
If you're passionate about helping small children grow and learn and creating a loving environment to do so then it's great being in a daycare. Daycares truly need more people who genuinely care about these kids. I gained some wonderful friends there and did enjoy certain work events.
Cons
This location takes on way too many kids and overworks their employees. The management is angry and not empathetic towards the children. There's so much yelling. Some teachers are truly amazing, while others are just there for their paycheck(which is not much). The whole place just made me depressed. Plus extremely high turnover rate

Pros
The kids are cute and fun
Cons
Management is terrible. They sit and eat all day and yell at you for having any problem. Don't dare ask for help.. you'll be waiting for Noone to come

Pros
I loved my first year of teaching at The Learning Experience. The environment was really colorful and positive. The directors are very personable and loving. I received adequate training and support from staff. The owners of the school are very caring. Working here felt like working with my family.
Cons
The only con I have is the student to teacher ratio is higher than normal. I believe there should be 2 teachers in each classroom at all times. I was on a classroom by myself with 10 2 year olds and it was very hectic at times.

Pros
The kids, the parents for the most part, and other staff
Cons
The management was so back and forth. There was always hoops to jump through that we’re constantly moving and on fire. They cared more for being “ tour ready” than the actual kids learning and having fun. Had to be glued to the iPad for the assessments, pictures, lesson planning and posting. I felt like it was more about looks and parents receiving updates than actually caring for the children. At one point there were 26 children in one 2.5 year old class and they found no issue with it until the new director came in and finally fixed it. There would be mass texts on how they appreciated us but never there when we needed help or support. I came in to a class that was in such disarray with no training or anything but shadowing for TWO DAYS. They threw me and another new girl together and tried to hope for the best with no training or anything. The class also didn’t have a steady teacher for the year, we did what we could. They gave us no time to prep/assess/ plan for as much as we needed to. They moved teachers around so much at the drop of a hat you never knew where you were going.
