I have been working at The Linde Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexible hours, good co-workers. Get to have holidays off, closes at 5 pm great hours. Our clients were great to work with. Hreat training program..Amazing boss

    Cons

Pay is a little skimpy, also required to do a ton of work in a little time, they don't like you to work overtime so we get behind often. Patients can be needy. It gets stressful balancing answering the phone and getting daily tasks done

    Advice to Management

Not a whole lot I can think of the company needs to change with how management is. More work incentive programs would be nice, there aren't really any implemented at this time.
