I worked at The Linde Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good work culture, people are very willing to help each other in a collaborate way. Great pay and bonuses.

    Cons

The company was for a while cutting a lot of costs to the point where the little perks like holiday parties were no longer funded, and you had to pay to participate. Those little things make employees feel better appreciated

    Advice to Management

The people on the floor aren't complaining. They are trying to tell you the truth. All you have to do is listen.

I have been working at The Linde Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You work with some good people.

    Cons

Annual raises barely keep up with cost of living increases. Promotion raises are very lacking They treat operations employees like they are very replaceable. There isn't any kind of realistic or meaningful way to move up in the company as an operator. We work with extremely hazardous substances with no hazard pay.

    Advice to Management

There needs to be a balance between fighting for the people who work for you, and fighting for the company. It can be a mutually beneficial arrangement. But if you continue to value the company over the people who make the company their money you're going to lose your best people to other companies.

    Advice to Management

I worked at The Linde Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

When I first started, it was a dream company... i would have listed a lot of pros, then bought by Linde and things turned horrible. I couldn't list even ONE pro.

    Cons

Everything. Horrible management. Ridiculous pay. Overworked with no appreciation. Cant trust anyone. Used to be a great company before being bought by Linde. If I could have chosen zero stars I would have! Pass this employment up, you can do much better!!

    Advice to Management

Restructure and actually care about the employees that do all the work so you can keep your job.
