    Pros

    Excellent co-workers, Supervisors were awesome to work for. Wish I could find work where I am located for linde now days.

    Cons

    Worked corporate setting in NJ, a lot of departments were majorly downsized when they moved to their new location, including mine. A lot of changes coming up, I'm not sure I should apply for new positions or wait until things calm down.

    Advice to Management

    No advice, as they either all quit or were let go all the way from my manager up to Head of department for SHEQ.

    Fun to drive around and visit patients

    Cons

    Long, long hours, pay lower than hospital.

    Advice to Management

    A lot of people who don't perform well are kept on way, way too long, and hard workers have to take on their duties as well as their own, leading to exhaustion and birnout.. This is why you lose good employees.

    Pros

    Aside from having maybe two or three people you can speak with nothing else really. I have very little flexibility. But do get some ouver time.

    Cons

    Expected to be a miracle worker with no training. Expected to multi task twelve things at once when you can only handle two things at most at a time.

    Advice to Management

    Need more people to work a job site in order to have better customer service or patient care. To many calls and not enough help. Really should have little more in the deparmental segments created, at least for the phones if nothing else.
