Professional coworkers and fair benefits in current market

    Cons

you do the work and when it is completed you get layed off / no loyalty

    Advice to Management

loyalties to the ones who actually do your work and deal with your clients may be of benefit to LIRO in the long run/ a company is only as good as its employees/ this company will lay you off when you have completed THEIR work and made them look good to THEIR clients
