    Pros

Depending on the area you work in they can be great. Work like a family, compassion, wants the best for the clients.

    Cons

NO RAISES IN MANY YEARS. Yearly bonus are not guaranteed. Very top heavy company. If in Management you will have minimal work life balance because of heavy needs

    Advice to Management

The managers I had in Eau Claire were amazing to work with. Very professional and caring.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at The MENTOR Network full-time

    Pros

The clients are the main reason dedicated staff stay

    Cons

Upper management are very clicky. There are very few you can trust to go to with issues. A PC is easily replaceable and is how most are treated, DSP's are treated better. The client's represent $ to the company and capacity is a priority. Wages are horrible for how much time and effort is expected of staff. Somebody is making a good living off of these people and it isn't the ones who directly care for them.

    Advice to Management

Support, be a team, appreciation, respect, mentor

I have been working at The MENTOR Network full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There are some individuals in the Operational programs (client facing) who actually do care about the clients and making a difference

    Cons

Unorganized company that treats it employees horribly. The corporate culture is very crass and management talks down to employees. Benefits are horrible, salary increases are non existent, and there is no work life balance at any level. They pay and treat the DSP's horribly, and it is a revolving door of staff .

    Advice to Management

Also the company does not invest enough in its technology and infrastructure. The company needs a stronger HR presence and corporate training to leadership, as things that go on here are not acceptable in any other workplace.
