I have been working at The Medical Team full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Very supportive team environment. Able to climb corporate ladder quickly. Able to be innovative. CEO and Directors open to new ideas. Family is important and is always made priority instead of work being priority. Promotes continuous learning and self-development.

    Cons

Pay may not be as competitive as other health care related jobs.

    Advice to Management

Do a market analysis of wages for each division of Health Care employees to ensure competitive wages are being paid which would attract the best employees not the "left over employees" that no one else wants to hire.

I have been working at The Medical Team full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Nurse case managers and office staff friendly and helpful. Hours are flexible and there's usually overtime available if you want it.

    Cons

Lack of communication. Personally I do most of the coordinating with the other nurse on my case and the family of the patient. The other nurse will receive updates and new policies that I am not informed of and vice versa. Case managers are receptive if you have questions, but don't usually communicate aside from once a month visits. Pay is a lot higher at other home health agencies.
