    Pros

only open during dinner time, great for college students, high check averages means usually higher tips

    Cons

only open during dinner time so theres not much opportunity for overtime or increased hours, tougher serving work if you come from a traditional serving job.

I have been working at The Melting Pot part-time

    Pros

I work at the Buffalo Melting Pot and I love my managers and co-workers. I would recommend anyone looking for a serving job to apply simply because you will be surrounded by good company.

    Cons

The tips aren't super consistent. Usually on weekends you can make a lot of money, but on weekdays it can be kind of hit or miss.
