    Advice to Management

I have been working at The Midtown Group (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Higher than average pay, excellent management, open communication, amazing perks (bonuses, trips, events), team atmosphere, hands on leadership and openness to new ideas.

    Cons

There really are no cons at Midtown. When a problem does arise it is addressed and settled in the appropriate manner.

I worked at The Midtown Group (Less than a year)

    Pros

Molly found me through Monster when she needed to fill a temp position and the project was a great fit for me. Molly helped me every step of the way and I wouldn't hesitate to call her again.

    Cons

There was a second project in the making and we had a bit of a miscommunication during that transition because I missed a day then ended up getting hired somewhere else full time. It's possible the miscommunication was even on the contractor's side, not sure.

    Advice to Management

I'm not sure how to get off the company employee email list and it's been about six months, so maybe a better exit strategy for former employees would be helpful.

    Pros

They buy you food once a month

    Cons

The management at this firm is very poor and unorganized. DO not make friends here because most likely they will be fired within two months. Very stressful work environment. People are crying at least once a month here.

I worked at The Midtown Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Nothing- no pros to report. I told you- worst company to work for!

    Cons

Tons- the CEO and executive team are greedy, money hungry monsters. If you have any self worth or intelligence, don't work here. Management will lie on you, reward employees that are manipulative and egotistical. The work environment is toxic and "ratchet".

    Advice to Management

The Worst Company Ever to Work For! Congratulations!!!
