I have been working at The Millennium Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

flexible schedule, work load is never to heavy unless its holiday season. great if you are right out of high school. a good place to start your working life and build your resume

    Cons

No room for growth, management is horrible. Its an outsourcing company so its band enough you are treated like outcast because you aren't apart of the company but then management treats you the exact same way. you might get lucky and get an ok office manager but the regional and the account manger who are hardly ever there will show up and act like they know everything that is going on. godforbid there is a problem with anything on the job you are automatically to blame for it and have no say. they don't have your back for anything!

I have been working at The Millennium Group full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

The pay isn’t bad here. The insurance is not great but expensive for a family. That is all of the pros for this place. Lack of support from HR and management.

    Cons

The management has favorites and treats others bad. There is no room for advancement. Certain staff come and go as they please. The job duties aren’t bad.

I worked at The Millennium Group

    Pros

Great relationships and friendships built with the client we were contracted with. Employees create a great bond because you have to stick together against the backlash and mistreatment from management.

    Cons

Horrible health benefits prices, little to no time off/ sick time offered. I was let go during my 7th month of pregnancy along with one other employee due to "a lack of incoming work" after approx 4 years of dedicated loyal work with the company but then just 2 weeks and 2 days later the other employee who was extremely insubortanant was called and personally asked to come back to work. There is absolutely no room for advancement. The company asks you to give so much of yourself with no real reward return. The stress put on my supervisor caused her to lash out at my coworkers and myself. Yelling on a daily basis, very toxic work environment. Too much is expected of you with no praise for a job well done, only complaints when you make the smallest mistake. They don't seem to understand you are human and not a machine. They treat you like a number.

    Pros

Company offers benefits and a 401K plan with no employer match.

    Cons

Pay is low, management is generally unresponsive to emails and phone calls. Some managers simply cannot write a simple grammatically correct sentence. There's no room for growth.
